Patricia Butler creates business communications that connect with customers and produce results. Her consulting practice focuses on improving businesses' communication practices from websites, newsletters and blogs, to proposal and grant writing, to marketing materials and customer interaction. Using appropriate images and coordinating text, she focuses a business' brand to improve its effectiveness and recognition. Additionally, with her background in Landscape Architecture, she assesses the non-verbal messages delivered at a business' workplace and provides low-cost changes to strengthen its physical appeal. She earned a BA in English from Boston College, an MA in Literature and Writing from Middlebury College, and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University.
